Khuram Javed
After completing his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and masters degree in Accounting and Financial Management, Khuram qualified as a chartered accountant with a regional West Midlands firm. Khuram further went on to work for the Worcester office of a national practice as well as the Midlands office of a top 10 audit firm, where he gained considerable experience in audit and assurance. During his working life Khuram has worked with a large variety of organisations from small sole traders through to large group subsidiaries, PLCs, Pension Schemes, and Not for Profit entities. He also has considerable experience in advising businesses on compliance and taxation matters being a venture capitalist and shareholder in various different OMBs.
Khuram is one of the founding members of DKR and former Chair of the Worcester Group of Chartered Accountants. He believes that to understand a client and their needs you need to be able to offer more than a number-crunching service. This is backed up by an array of client testimonials and working relations both in the UK and abroad with clients as far as Africa and Asia.
Outside of work Khuram enjoys socialising and going out spending time with friends and family. He is also a keen traveller and enjoys working within communities as part of his role within an international charity.
